Salt (Table vs Kosher) Volume to Weight
Different salts have very different crystal sizes. A tablespoon of table salt is much heavier (18g) than a tablespoon of Diamond Crystal kosher salt (10g) or Morton kosher salt (15g). We show standard table salt baseline here.
